Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products including Home Appliances, Pooja Samagri, Photo Frames, and Ceramic Cones.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product category and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in the order

1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, box, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of use, installation, burning, breakage, or damage due to mishandling will not be accepted.
• Pooja Samagri (consumable items), incense, ceramic cones, and similar ritual items are non-returnable once opened.
• Fragile items like photo frames and ceramic products must be returned with proper packaging; damage during return transit will not be accepted.
• Minor variations in color, finish, size, or fragrance are not considered defects.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
